Gideon Smith inspires steampunk jewellery range

cufflinksEgo-surfing my way around Google I came across the blog of Kirsty Young, who runs a jewellery business called My Clockwork Castle, which she sells handmade products from through Etsy.

Kirsty’s stuff is fantastic, and the reason I was pointed to her site is that she’s named her men’s range of jewellery “Gideon”, after reading Gideon Smith and the Mechanical Girl.

Which is a very lovely thing – very much like the jewellery. A pair of her cufflinks are on this page, and the image accompanying this post on the homepage is one of Kirsty’s pendants.

You can check out My Clockwork Castle’s full range here, and Kirsty’s blog Just Sunshine and Blue Skies is here.
